Tanya Donnelly is the Managing Partner of RK Partners, responsible for the day to day goings on in the company. Her prior experience includes 10+ years at the Internal Revenue Service and 3+ years in Public Accounting, which places her as one of the most educated people within the R&D Credit space in the country. Tanya has a Master’s in Accounting, with a concentration in Tax, from UNC Chapel Hill, Kenan Flagler Business School and is a CPA candidate. Her educational and professional backgrounds allow Tanya to ensure that every claim submitted by RK Partners is of the highest quality and compliance. <br/><br/> Tanya is an experienced senior tax leader managing large teams with an expertise in program management and error trend analysis. Through this, Tanya creates and improves upon program efficiencies and effectiveness, gifting her the ability to create and manage complex processes both internally and for clients. April Zozzaro is the Head of Consulting of RK Partners and is responsible for overseeing the consulting arm of the practice – both on the technical and the financial sides. As a CPA with a Masters in Accounting, she has over eight years of R&D Tax Credit experience working across a variety of industries, with clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. <br/><br/> Formally with Deloitte, April has delivered over 600M+ in R&D tax credits to her clients in a record breaking period of time. April’s professional focus, as well as her passion, are both centred around the future development of blockchain technology, with much of her portfolio operating in that space. Matt Michaud is the Vice President of Business Development at RK Partners and is responsible for new business development. Matt’s success, in part, has come from his ability to nurture and grow relationships with the firm’s partners, which range from CPA practices to trade bodies and individuals across a multitude of sectors. <br/><br/> Prior to joining RK, Matt spent five years working with the R&D Tax Credit in different roles throughout, helping develop the success of the sales function for one of the biggest global consultancies within the space. Mark Kashinskiy is the Executive Chairman of RK Partners and is responsible for the long term strategy and growth of the company. Having co-founded a number of businesses, Mark is serial entrepreneur, who is passionate about seeing tangible value being created for clients across a multitude of sectors. His professional interests lie in a number of key verticals: government funding options, sustainable technologies, agriculture, blockchain and wealth management.

Chris Holloway is a multifaceted Business Development Executive with a consultative approach that puts client at the forefront of any engagement. Colt graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management.
